Discovering Your Lifetime Plan for Giving is a survey that includes all aspects of Christian estate planning. The process begins with understanding your stewardship goals, documenting your family relationships and measuring your financial status.
After completing the survey, contact your gift planning counselor. Any information shared between you and your gift planning counselor is held in the highest confidentiality. The Foundation does not recommend sending the completed survey electronically.
The survey is available as a PDF File. It is also available as a Microsoft Excel File with embedded auto calculations.
